This site is a personal creator site run by Maya Hart. The short version: you can browse everything here without handing over any personal information, and anything you do choose to share is used only to reply to you.

Information collected

Two forms on this site collect information, and only when you fill them in. The brand partnership form collects your name, brand, email address, timeline, budget range, and the details of your idea. The email signup form collects your email address. Casual browsing collects nothing beyond standard server logs kept by the hosting provider.

How information is used

Partnership inquiries are used only to respond about a possible collaboration. Email addresses are used only to send occasional updates about new favorites, recipes, and announcements. Your information is never sold, rented, or traded.

How information is stored

Form submissions are stored in a secured, access-restricted database and are visible only to the site owner through a password-protected admin area. Information is kept only as long as it is useful for replying to you or sending the updates you asked for.

Affiliate links and third parties

On a live creator site, product links may lead to third-party retailers that use cookies to credit a referral. This fictional demonstration uses placeholder destinations only and has no affiliate relationships. A future retailer would operate under its own privacy policy; no personal information about you is passed to it by this site.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not run advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers. Basic, aggregated analytics may be used to understand which pages are popular; that data is not tied to your identity.

Your choices

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also request a copy of the information tied to your email address, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing hello@mayahart.example. Requests are handled within 30 days.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. No information is knowingly collected from children.
